- Project Data: 3D CAD models (STEP, OBJ, STL files) you upload for inspection.
- Inspection Data: photos, AR session data, and AI analysis results generated during inspections.
- Device Information: device type, OS version, and LiDAR capability for app functionality.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide AR overlay and AI-powered quality control services.
- To generate inspection reports and deviation analysis.
- To maintain and improve the platform.
- To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Google Gemini AI for automated inspection analysis. Photos and model data sent for AI analysis are processed according to Google's data processing terms. No personal information is shared with AI services.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. 3D models and inspection data are associated with your account and are not shared with other users. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and implement industry-standard security measures.
6. Camera and LiDAR Usage
CutCheck requires access to your device's camera and LiDAR scanner to provide AR overlay functionality. Camera feed is processed locally on your device for AR alignment. Photos are only captured and uploaded when you explicitly initiate an inspection.
7. Data Retention
Your project and inspection data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects and inspections at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
